Bear (aka B.Bear short for Baby Bear) became my traveling companion 30+ years ago. When my husband couldn't accompany me on a trip, he gave me this adorable German Steiff Bear to keep me company. Bear has been on every trip I have taken since 1983. He was even permitted to go into surgery with me. My husband came up with the name for this blog when I was traveling to China with Bear and three girl friends. He knew the trip would be nothing if not a circus.

Bouy on the side of a crab shack
This was a 10 minute painting I did after looking at a picture that I had taken while traveling in Prince Edward Island NS.
